Our chefs roll everything fresh in our kitchen on the coast. Nothing is made the night before.

We bring a full cooler and a runner who serves your guests. Mix anything from the menu. Tell us the date, the place and how many people, and we'll send a quote on WhatsApp.

Is it safe to eat sushi on a hot beach?
That's the question we built the brand around. Every pack travels in an insulated cooler box kept under 4°C, carries a label with the minute it was packed, and is thrown away 3 hours later if nobody buys it. If a pack ever feels warm, don't eat it. Hand it back to the runner and we'll replace it.
I don't eat raw fish. What can I have?
The Crunchy Crab Stick, the Shrimp Tempura Cone and The Classic are fully cooked. Green Wave has no fish at all.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or InstaPay. Every runner carries a card machine.
How long does an umbrella order take?
Usually about 20 minutes, depending on where the nearest runner is. We reply on WhatsApp with a time before we head over.
Can you come to our chalet or boat?
Yes. Book a runner for parties and lake days and we'll send you a quote on WhatsApp.
What about allergies?
Our food contains fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, gluten and egg. Tell us about any allergy when you order and the runner will point you to what's safe.
When are you open?
Every day of the summer season, June to September, from 11:00 until sunset.
